  1. SMCT the Skid Mark Calculation Template.  This program, written by 
  2. a law enforcement traffic accident expert, calculates the speed a 
  3. car or motorcycle was traveling based on the skid marks, road
  4. conditions, etc..  It's facinating.  You don't have to be traveling 
  5. very fast to leave a LONG skid mark.  I think we all need to be more 
  6. cautious about driving--and especially never to drive after drinking!
